Be part of the solution:
-spay/neuter your cats before letting them outside
-consider keeping your spayed/neutered cats inside, at least at night
-use a collar, tag, microchip, or tattoo to identify your cats
-be kind to the abandoned cats and kittens in your neighbourhood — it is easier to trap them and maybe even arrange for adoptions if they trust people
-consider trapping any abandoned cat in your yard as part of the local trap/neuter/return program (TNR)
-email [email protected] for information and assistance about TNR (email is checked every Friday night) or complete and submit the Contact Form on this website.
-if you own your own business, cat care (food, meds. surgery, etc.)can be a tax write off for Rodent Control
If you know of—or suspect anyone of — being cruel to a cat (including abandoning it) or any other animal, report them to the Police and the SPCA.
Cruelty to Animals is a chargeable offence.
Together we can make a difference!
